Follow these steps to import vehicles into the system.

1. 1 Download the import template. Use the “Download import template” button as your starting point.
2. 2 Fill in the vehicles sheet. Add one row per vehicle and use the columns MODEL and VEHICLE IDENTIFICATION NUMBER - VIN. The MODEL column must contain one of the allowed model names, written exactly as shown: Deepal S05 4x2, Deepal S05 4x4 or Deepal S07. The name may optionally include the word Panorama (e.g. Deepal S07 Panorama), which is treated as a separate model. Any other name is rejected.
3. 3 Models are grouped and merged automatically. The system detects every unique model and links it to the chassis (VINs) under it, merging with models already in the system by the same name. Write model names identically — the same spelling — so they group into one model.
4. 4 Every VIN must be unique. Each chassis (Vehicle Identification Number) can appear only once in the file and must not already exist in the system — if any VIN is already imported, the whole import is rejected.
5. 5 Upload and start the import. Attach the file, review the detected models and start the import.
